PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: At our East Northport location we accept most insurance for ANTIGEN TESTS ONLY. We DO NOT accept insurance for the 30-minute RT PCR test. For the RT-PCR test, we provide you with a superbill that you can submit to insurance as an Out-of-Network claim.

Insurances we currently accept: Medicare, Empire Gov’t Plan (for NYS employees), GHI, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO (no primary care needed), United Health Care (no primary care needed), Oscar, Cigna, Aetna (no primary care needed), Oxford (no primary care needed).
Once you’ve completed the patient intake form and your insurance is verified, we will notify you via text or phone call and you can then make an appointment.
At the Southampton location we offer drive-through testing to ensure you are in and out in a timely fashion. You don’t ever have to get out of your car.
**Please note that we do not participate in any insurance programs for the 30 minute RT-PCR testing. Your test report aka “superbill” notes the applicable codes you need to submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement. Please indicate on your forms that payment should go directly to YOU and not to Health Rover. If your insurance company sends us a reimbursement check, we will deduct a $45 processing fee from the amount we send you. We DO NOT guarantee full reimbursement from your insurance provider.**
